I'm so excited that my Chicago Cubs have clinched their division! (They're a baseball team, for my non-American friends.) I've been a Cubs fan since I was 8. I certainly hope their long drought at getting to (and hopefully winning) the World Series is finally over.

I can't get our new modem to work at home, so I'm stuck with not much time on the Internet at school. *sigh* Hopefully this week, I can get back to keeping in touch with all of you. I hope you all are taking care of yourselves.

Bummer about the modem at home. It just ain't the same without you every day.

We have been working like crazy at work, but hopefully we've made enough progress, that we won't have to do this for as long as it first seemed -- maybe another week. I'm really knackerd! In fact I should take my sorry butt off to bed now, but I have the last load of laundry in the dryer now, and I absolutely refuse to iron clothes if I can help it.

Sorry work has been crazy for you. It has been for me to, as I'm getting used to a new grade level and don't have all the resources I'd like to in order to supplement. *sigh* Hopefully, we'll both be more relaxed soon.
